Logistics Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the planning and coordination of pallet deliveries and collections. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations while optimizing service levels and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pallet Delivery and Collection Optimization: Optimizes deliveries to customers through efficient planning in volumes and time.
  • Service Rate Improvement: Initiates activities with the Team Leader and/or Region Manager to improve service rate and optimize operations cost, serving as a link between the Sales and Finance department.
  • Effective Communication: Regular communication by phone and email with customers, carriers, and suppliers is essential to maintain coordination, resolve any issues, and ensure efficient deliveries.
  • Administrative Management: Processes and follows up on mail and other incoming information and ensures it is processed in the system correctly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepares and analyzes various weekly reports to monitor performance, optimize efficiency, and address any logistical challenges.
  • Full Administrative Management: Oversees the full administrative management of the logistics process, including stock control, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collection Point Cooperation: Persuades collection points to cooperate with the system by using strong communication- and negotiation skills.
  • Collections Execution: Executes and follows up collections at collection points in cooperation with transport companies and depots.
About the Role

This role involves working in an international environment where you can develop yourself. The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
