Job Description

At Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of our Products Portfolio Sales in the Netherlands, through the Indirect Channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales against a sub-region-specific target and working closely with a diverse functional team to ensure that operating plan targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of Products Portfolio Sales in the Netherlands through the Indirect Channel
  • Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of all Veolia Water Technologies products
  • Promote and position consolidated Veolia Water Technologies technologies and NPIs on the market
  • Support existing Channel Partners technically and commercially, building strong and durable relationships within Veolia Water Technologies guidelines
  • Expand Partners/OEM network, following internal qualification procedures
  • Develop and oversee growth strategies for different markets and segments, in coordination with Product Management
  • Manage the entire sales process for assigned clients, including lead generation, qualifying of opportunities, forecasting, and closing deals
Requirements
  • Higher degree in an Engineering field
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of water treatment applications and products or at least 5 years' experience in the water treatment field
  • Proven sales record and demonstrated success in complex technical and relationship-driven business
  • Demonstrated skills to energize, motivate, and drive multidisciplinary teams, which are no direct reports
  • Strong negotiator and able to work with senior industrial leaders, top management, and their technical and operational staff
