We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Profit and Asset Protection Manager to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our logistics centre in Heerlen, Netherlands, you will be responsible for protecting all assets and minimizing losses within our logistics centre.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with company requirements and corresponding KPIs.
- Conduct investigations and analyses of the root cause of incidents, ensuring they are not repeated.
- Regularly review SOPs and initiate targeted measures and changes in the event of discrepancies.
- Check for losses in the supply chain and liaise with the wider profit assurance team to resolve issues.
- Provide technical advice on supply chain security and risk to ensure third-party suppliers comply with JD requirements.
- Liaise with the DC management team and support the strategic development/implementation of other DCs within the supply chain.
- Challenge and ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the DCs and supply chain.
- Develop new and improved methods to protect the supply chain and DCs, and conduct spot checks of the epod solution to ensure driver compliance at delivery.
