Functieprofiel

Jij bent iemand die informatie snel opneemt en in de praktijk toepast. Je gaat nauwkeurig en accuraat te werk, gericht op de administratieve processen in ons CRM-systeem. Samen met je teamleden zie je kansen en werk je mee aan het gezamenlijk resultaat. Klantvriendelijkheid, oplossings- en klantgerichtheid spelen een belangrijke rol in je werk. Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Als Sales and Service Specialist bij Cadac Group kan je werken in één van de drie verschillende domeinspecialisaties. Jouw interesse en vaardigheden bepalen welke. De specialisaties zijn onderverdeeld in:

Service Representative.
Je biedt ondersteuning in de dienstverlening aan bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je helpt de klant zo goed mogelijk op weg en lost problemen op. De wens van de klant staat hierbij centraal.
Renewal Representative.
Je biedt ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers en partners met betrekking tot contractverlengingen. Het doel is de producten en diensten van bestaande klanten te behouden en/of te upgraden.
Customer Succes Representative.
Je optimaliseert bestaande klantrelaties door een hoge klanttevredenheid te bereiken. Daarnaast ben je continu bezig met het verbeteren van de klantervaring door verschillende activiteiten te ontplooien.

Taken - Wat ga je doen?

Het werk van een Sales and Service Specialist is afwisselend en zeker niet saai. Je werkzaamheden liggen o.a. in de volgende gebieden:
Commerciëel; Bevorderen van business development in de Benelux, Onderhouden van klantrelaties, opvolgen/genereren van leads en het orderproces bewaken.
Administratief; Verwerken van binnenkomende correspondentie via CRM, e-mail en telefoon, dashboard monitoren en een bijdrage leveren aan het verbeteren
van de sales-processen/effectiviteit.
Afstemming; Opzetten, coördineren en optimaliseren van commerciële promoties.

Jij bent:

  • Vaardig in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Zelfgemotiveerd en resultaatgericht
  • Commercieel gedreven en nieuwsgierig
Functie-eisen - Wat vragen we van jou?
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, minimaal een MBO diploma
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Affiniteit, interesse in - en talent voor - commercie
  • Goede beheersing van Microsoft office
  • Je bent gedreven, bekend met targets en beschikt over overtuigingskracht
