Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Heerlen, Netherlands. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers from various nationalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and general support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage service calls and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Technical Service, Quality, and Finance.
  • Process and manage customer and product data with high accuracy.
  • Support order processing and participate in projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and administrative tasks, preferably in an international company.
  • Basic technical understanding and work experience within the medical device sector.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in English or Dutch, and near-native proficiency in German.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
