International Customer Service Specialist for Medical Devices

We are seeking an experienced customer service specialist to join our team in Heerlen, the Netherlands. As a key member of our international support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical and general support to customers from various nationalities.
About the Role- Provide helpdesk support and first point of contact for customers
- Handle and manage service calls and complaints, including administrative duties
- Manage quotes and provide support to sales and clinical teams in Europe
- Perform administrative tasks related to service, customer, and product data, including invoicing with high accuracy
- Support order processing and participate in projects

Requirements- Experience in customer service and administrative tasks, preferably in an international company
- Basic technical understanding and work experience within the medical device sector
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Knowledge of English (native) and Dutch (near native)
- Good knowledge of German (near native)
- Preferably good knowledge of working with SAP
