Project Manager Design Development Asia

Rituals is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering cutting-edge design solutions. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our Design Development projects in Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage design development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including designers, visual merchandising, marketing, local teams, procurement, supply chain, and external suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or feedback.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and expectations.
- Take initiative, show entrepreneurship, and strive for improvement of existing projects and processes.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in design development or a related field, with experience in managing multidisciplinary projects within a retail or fast-paced environment (preferably in Asia).
- Strong understanding of furniture and display design principles and development processes.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Maintain a flexible mindset as Rituals is growing, and things change often.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English required, Mandarin preferred).
- Significant experience with Excel and Office.
