Project Manager Design Development Asia

Rituals is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering cutting-edge design solutions. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our Design Development projects in Asia.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering successful development projects within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will effectively plan, coordinate, and lead the project team to ensure the successful implementation of Format & Design projects, specifically targeting our stores in Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage design development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders internally and externally to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and expectations.
  • Take initiative, show entrepreneurship, and strive for improvement of existing projects and processes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in design development or a related field, with experience in managing multidisciplinary projects within a retail or other fast-paced environment (preferably in Asia).
  • Strong understanding of furniture & display design principles and development processes.
  • Minimum level of bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to a growing company and changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English required, Mandarin preferred).
  • Significant experience with Excel and Office.
  • Open to travel.
