About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Facility Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 50,000 m2 warehouse, providing flawless logistics services to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities and procedures within the facilities department, working closely with technical colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and distribute inventory of consumables, such as tape, pallets, packaging materials, and more.
- Coordinate procurement in the field of facility services, maintaining contact with suppliers and negotiating as needed.
- Handle first-line malfunction reports, performing/coordinating technical maintenance on buildings, business equipment, and infrastructure.

Requirements
