Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facility Coordinator to join our team at Flexim Group. As a Facility Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing a safe and organized work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and resolve any disruptions affecting employees or their guests.
  • Coordinate and manage events, including greeting guests and ensuring a smooth departure experience.
  • Serve as a backup for transferring incoming calls and forward complaints, requests, incidents, and malfunctions to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Handle internal communications regarding facility updates, closure dates, and more.
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of incoming mail, oversee parking space allocation, and waste management.
  • Actively participate in the First Response Team and monitor stock levels of coffee and office supplies.
  • Encourage employees to reserve workspaces through PLANON and conduct a monthly review of the Safety Playbook.

Requirements

  • HBO-educated in Facility Management or a related field, with relevant experience in facility project management.
  • Someone who takes ownership and has a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Natural leader and communicator, who excels in English and can speak basic Dutch.
  • Person with a flexible and proactive mindset, capable of both strategic and practical thinking, and willing to roll up their sleeves if necessary.
