About the RoleAs a (Junior) Account Manager Aviation / Service Manager Aerospace Software, you'll manage customer relations and provide service for their products. You'll visit clients across Europe and work closely with our Sales team.
Your goal is to understand clients' needs and identify fitting solutions, leading to additional contracts and projects.
You'll represent our company as the external 'face' building lasting relationships with clients and creating trust.
RequirementsWe're looking for someone with customer-focused work experience in the aviation industry, combined with a technical background. Alternatively, you may have technical software knowledge or customer-focused sales experience in a similar industry.
You'll need strong people skills, be able to make connections, identify customer needs, and enjoy solving problems. A driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance are also required.
