Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Compliance team in Amsterdam. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and managing the risks we face as a company. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will be instrumental in deriving impactful insights that help us build strong products and grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our global Compliance and Product teams to develop and evaluate data solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyze customer, transaction, and risk data to unlock actionable insights and improvement opportunities.
- Develop data models and perform statistical analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Initiate and drive new projects to help Adyen reduce risks significantly, while keeping scale and growth in mind.
- Use data insights to proactively shape and drive strategy across our Compliance teams.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical and strategic hybrid with a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in big data tooling such as PySpark, Hadoop, and Airflow.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex data-related concepts and outcomes to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a 'launch fast and iterate' mentality.
We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with at least three days per week from the office. This is a full-time position based out of our Amsterdam office, with an international (EMEA, NA & LATAM) scope.
