HR Data Analyst

Optiver is seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming internal data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the business, HR team, and internal stakeholders to translate needs and regulations into automated HR processes and tools.
- Prepare and build reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, both customized and standardized.
- Collect data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
- Implement relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
- Analyze data and statistics for trends related to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
- Use data analysis to detect and evaluate patterns and assess potential opportunities and risks.
- Streamline data pipelines and create visualizations.
- Ensure data privacy and HR compliance.
- Build, own, maintain, and further develop interactive reports.
- Continuously broaden your technical horizon and stay up-to-date with the latest technology.
