HR Data Analyst

At Optiver, we're seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for unlocking the potential of our data to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business and HR team to translate data needs into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain a range of reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data on payroll outputs, employee surveys, and exit interviews.
- Implement HR metrics to measure workforce efficiency and impact.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Streamline data pipelines and create visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with HR regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR data analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Workday, Crunchr, and/or Tableau is a plus.
- Affinity with Human Resources and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
