Job Description:

As Senior IT Chapter Lead, you will be part of the Management Team of Lease&Comfin and responsible for the overall delivery of our IT Area. We value and empower our engineers to excel and grow into high performing engineers, supporting our tribes with reliable, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage back-end systems and API connections to consuming IT parties.
  • Lead a team of engineers and develop their skills and expertise.
  • Design and build a strategic domain service layer for the new IT solution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills, with at least two years of experience.
  • Experienced in business and IT stakeholder management.
  • Understand both technical and customer perspectives.
  • Expertise in Java and ability to come up with solutions.
