In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of cargo pickups from airports and arranging truck transport for outbound shipments after clearance in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Coordination
  • Lead and manage a team of specialists in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with ground handlers, warehouse staff, and customs departments to ensure timely cargo clearance and transfer.
2. Performance Monitoring and Analysis
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as truck usage, loading rates, and on-time delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
