Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Country Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of our countries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, SOX, and US GAAP.
  • Collaborate with internal control teams to design and implement financial controls and processes.
  • Provide technical accounting support and guidance to improve financial processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting function in an international company.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
  • Higher education in accounting or finance with a strong accounting emphasis (ACCA, CMA, AA, RC, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and ERP systems is a plus.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to Manager Accounting & Controlling.
