GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising the daily activities of our distribution centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

  • Key responsibilities will include supervising and developing staff, providing training and assessments to teams, and ensuring compliance with KPIs.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre management role, preferably with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
  • This role also involves analyzing and coordinating procedures between areas and departments, and representing GXO Logistics towards customers on their demands and opportunities to support their business.
