Finance Process Improvement Manager

Rituals is a rapidly expanding luxury lifestyle brand that is growing through new market entries, store openings, and online presence expansion. To maintain this growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Finance Business Improvement department.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Finance Process Improvement Manager who will play a crucial role in driving business growth by enabling efficient processes and systems within the Finance department. This position involves leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring seamless implementation of initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Roadmap Development: Initiate and manage the strategic Finance roadmap aligned with Rituals' overall objectives.
- Business Process Management: Proactively identify and implement improvements for key Finance processes and underlying systems, working closely with Finance departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with various stakeholders across the organization, proactively informing them, managing expectations, and convincing them of needed change.
- A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and project management.
- Extensive experience with key Finance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex organization.
- Advanced knowledge in SQL and PowerBI is required.
- Strong affinity with IT.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (English).
The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
