Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers independently and resolve various customer fulfillment exceptions by working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Define requirements and lead testing and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet Fulfillment business needs and drive automation initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence.
- Serve as owner of Fulfillment KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews, and driving root cause and corrective actions with suppliers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
- 4-year college degree required.
- In-depth knowledge of various ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Experience with EDI a plus.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Excel – Advanced/Expert level, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Project Management tools.
- Experience in analyzing business processes, gathering, and documenting business/system requirements.
- Ability to meet daily & weekly deadlines to achieve the departmental SLA's.

- Must be a self-starter and can complete tasks with minimal direction/oversight.
- Concise/effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels in a global organization.
