Senior Marketing Assistant/Marketing Assistant, EMBA Marketing and Admissions

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Assistant/Marketing Assistant, EMBA Marketing and Admissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various marketing and admission areas of the Faculty's EMBA programme, including admission process, database management, website update, marketing content generation, invoices and purchase orders processing, events support, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the EMBA programme
- Manage and maintain the programme's database, including data entry and analysis
- Update and maintain the programme's website, including content creation and editing
- Generate marketing content, including social media posts and email campaigns
- Process invoices and purchase orders, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of work experience in marketing and admissions, preferably in an education institution
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in using MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Mature, meticulous, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Working Arrangements:
- Work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus
- May be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally
