Job Title: Senior Marketing Assistant/Marketing Assistant, EMBA Marketing and Admissions

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support the EMBA Marketing and Admissions team in the Faculty of Business and Economics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various marketing and admission areas of the EMBA programme, including admission process, database management, website update, marketing content generation, invoices and purchase orders processing, events support, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Faculty's EMBA Marketing and Admissions team.
  • Work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally.

Requirements:

  • Good Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year's work experience.
  • Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA/DBA, or other executive education programmes or work experience in the marketing and admissions as Executive Assistant in education institutions.
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills, a great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in using MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Mature, meticulous and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be a good team player.
  • Good marketing skills, or familiarity with social media platforms (including being skilled at using WeChat for promotion) would be highly preferred.
