Job Overview

Anantara is seeking a skilled Technical Service Employee dedicated to addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal functionality within our facilities. This role involves troubleshooting technical faults, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property;
  • Address technical inquiries and issues raised by guests or staff;
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and systems;
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of inspections and repairs;
  • Identify and report any damage or hazardous conditions;
  • Foster effective communication with all hotel departments;
  • Highlight procedural challenges and suggest improvements;
  • Perform routine maintenance activities;
  • Undertake installation projects as needed;
  • Oversee inventory and management of tools and equipment;
  • Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong service orientation with technical expertise and a commitment to quality;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and finding effective solutions;
  • Quick learner with a solid understanding of various systems and maintenance tasks;
  • Practical problem solver with a proactive approach and readiness to engage in hands-on work;
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
