We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel operations team at The Social Hub in Maastricht. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and technical skills, with experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance checks on hotel equipment and systems
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks to a high standard
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant technical training and certifications (e.g. VCA-basis)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
