Main Responsibilities- Operational, contractual, and commercial management for contracts as the Company's representative, ensuring quality of service and P&L ownership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to anticipate and meet their needs.
- Understand the overall Serco Europe Growth strategy and collaborate with European colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Lead and support business development activities, including account management and the development of innovative products and services.
- Support marketing activities and lead, develop, and inspire direct reports to cultivate strong, competent, and highly engaged teams.
- University degree or proven ability to perform tasks commensurate with such a formal academic qualification.
- Extensive management experience in the Space and/or Service industry, with solid business acumen and experience of budget responsibility and business plans.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive results, with excellent interpersonal skills and conflict management experience.
- Capacity to work in parallel on a high number of tasks in an orderly and disciplined manner, with PC literacy and excellent command of English.
- Ability to create long-term relationships with customers and develop customer insight and intimacy, with at least 5 years of commercial/sales experience and a proactive approach to making new proposals to customers.
