Savings Product Strategist

The Savings Product Strategist will be responsible for developing and maintaining Knab's savings products and services. This includes creating and implementing the interest rate savings strategy, analyzing customer behavior, and responding to customer needs. The role requires close collaboration with the business and finance teams to ensure our savings products align with our company goals.
The Team
The Savings Product Strategist will be a key member of our Financial Freedom team, working closely with a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers, Customer Journey Experts, Functional Managers, and a commercial team. The role reports to the Domain Lead Savings and Investments.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the economic environment and its impact on liquidity management. They will be able to use data analytics to develop effective liquidity forecasting models and work effectively with the business and finance teams to ensure our savings products meet our company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain savings forecast models for Knab's savings products;
- Create and implement the interest rate savings strategy;
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to customer needs;
- Collaborate with the business and finance teams to ensure our savings products align with our company goals;
- Prepare and steer key decisions regarding the savings pricing strategy;
- Represent Knab to external stakeholders;
- Drive the change agenda for new products and services and align with stakeholders to achieve feasible plannings;
- Drive key decisions on pricing via membership of the pricing committee.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry;
- Strong understanding of data analytics and forecasting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Structured and able to plan their work as well as manage stakeholders;
- Demonstrates Knab's core values: open, positive, human, and entrepreneurial;
- Some familiarity with IT Development and configuration of savings accounts at Thaler/Ohpen/Mambu is a plus;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Fluent in Dutch is a plus.
