Pricing Manager Savings Expert

Knab is a pioneering online bank that challenges traditional banking norms. Our team is comprised of enthusiastic and customer-centric colleagues who prioritize innovation and collaboration. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Financial Freedom team to include a Pricing Manager Savings.
The RoleThe Pricing Manager Savings will be responsible for developing and maintaining Knab's savings products and services. This includes creating and implementing interest rate savings strategies, analyzing customer behavior, and responding to customer needs. You'll work closely with our business and finance teams to ensure our savings products align with our company goals.
The TeamYou'll be part of our Financial Freedom team, a mature and coordinated group of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a Pricing Manager Savings, you'll report to our Domain Lead Savings and Investments.
Your ProfileWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a deep understanding of the economic environment and its impact on liquidity management. You'll use data analytics to develop effective liquidity forecasting models and work collaboratively with our business and finance teams to drive success.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain savings forecast models for Knab's savings products
- Create and implement interest rate savings strategies
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to customer needs
- Collaborate with business and finance teams to ensure savings products align with company goals
- Prepare and steer key decisions regarding savings pricing strategy
- Represent Knab to external stakeholders
- Drive change agenda for new products and services
- Participate in pricing committee to drive key decisions
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial services industry
- Strong understanding of data analytics and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Structured and able to plan work and manage stakeholders
- Demonstrates Knab's core values: open, positive, human, and entrepreneurial
- Familiarity with IT development and configuration of savings accounts is a plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Fluent in Dutch is a plus
