Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de doelstellingen op het gebied van klantbeleving;
- Beoordelen en initiëren van verbetervoorstellen om klantvertrouwen te winnen en te vergroten;
- Initiëren van waardevolle klantervaringen die verrassen en verwonderen;
- Actief aan de slag met de NPS meting, zoals de rapportage, de Voice of the Customer, Closed Loop Feedback;
- Medeverantwoordelijk voor de culturele gedragsverandering in de vestiging;
- Leiding geven aan service gerelateerde teams;
- Coachen en inspireren van medewerkers op het gebied van klantbeleving;
- Efficiënt en gestroomlijnd laten verlopen van processen en procedures gerelateerd aan customer service.
We zoeken iemand die een luisterend oor heeft voor onze klanten, die problemen ziet als uitdagingen om de beste oplossing te vinden. Je bent empathisch, klantgericht en voelt je fijn binnen een Retail omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Erfaring met de Customer journey;
- Meer dan 5 jaar werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie;
- Inspirerende en coachende leiderschapsstijl;
- Klantperspectief;
