Job Overview:


The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels with a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. We're seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team and contribute to creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our guests.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from soft beverages to expertly crafted cocktails that change with the seasons.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and systems, including spirits, beer, wine, and coffee.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a tidy and efficient service area.
  • Be a team player, willing to lend a hand and support the F&B team as needed.
  • Participate in the creation of new cocktails and stay informed about the latest trends and techniques.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, adhering to HACCP standards.
  • Support the Baristas in providing exceptional coffee service.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bartending, particularly in cocktail-making.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A positive attitude, with a commitment to making a meaningful impact on those you interact with.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt, with a growth mindset and a desire to take on new challenges.
