We are looking for an Executive Chef Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for part-time work as well. The salary will be according to the Horeca CAO.
Company Overview:
Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South has become a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers. Each of our studio's, one-bed and two-bed apartments features a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for our guests to feel at home.
Our Keuken & Bar concept offers a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, along with a wide range of beers, wines, and cocktails from the bar area. Guests can relax and unwind in our bar area, enjoying the beautiful views of the city.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making simple dishes to serve to our guests.
- Performing preparatory work such as washing, cutting, and precooking.
- Supervising the work of the stewards and giving directions and instructions.
- Assessing the quality of products to be used (freshness, shelf life), preparing utensils.
- Ensuring all HACCP requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Excellent culinary skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
