Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

This is a critical role, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Inside Sales and Contracts team, providing technical support with quotations and specifications, allowing you to deliver a high level of customer service around the world whilst leading the team and raising standards wherever possible.

In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and work in a small team that works closely with the external sales teams and engineering departments.

You will be responsible for both leading the team and also getting hands on, providing an exceptional level of customer service, preparing sales quotations, pre-qualification documents. You'll also get involved with technical proposals and other forms of information required by the customer, and working on outstanding quotations within pre-agreed timescales and report accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Inside Sales and Contracts team
  • Provide technical support with quotations and specifications
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with external sales teams and engineering departments
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a team for a prolonged period of time
  • Experience within an inside sales environment for a technical product
  • Evidence of leading by example and not just through targets
