Job Title: Senior Technical Sales Manager

This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Inside Sales and Contracts team, providing technical support with quotations and specifications. The successful candidate will deliver a high level of customer service around the world while leading the team and raising standards. The team works closely with external sales teams and engineering departments.

The Senior Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the team, providing an exceptional level of customer service, preparing sales quotations, pre-qualification documents, and technical proposals. They will also work on outstanding quotations within pre-agreed timescales and report accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working within an Inside Sales environment for a technical product. They will have strong leadership qualities, be able to work with a high level of autonomy, and solve problems independently. The candidate will also have good interpersonal and influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
