Material Handler II

As a Material Handler II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in the receipt and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment within the cleanroom production area. Your goal will be to achieve the highest efficiency at the lowest costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer materials to appropriate destinations using a handheld scanner to verify system and location accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment independently and within a team environment.
- Distribute and clean tooling for production departments.
- Standardize work processes and maintain a clean work environment using 5S principles.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of warehouse and cleanroom logistics processes.
- Basic technical and mechanical ability to understand equipment.
- Ability to work well with others to accomplish objectives.
- Knowledge of software packages and planning systems used to do the job optimally.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English and Dutch.
Proficiencies:
- Team player with a flexible work mentality.
- Industrial experience in a similar role.
