Job Summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler II to join our team. As a Material Handler II, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment within the cleanroom production area.
Key Responsibilities
- Unpack and inspect incoming materials and supplies
- Distribute materials and supplies to production departments and warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment independently and within a team environment
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and KanBan management
- Standardize work processes and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge of warehouse and cleanroom logistics processes
- Ability to work well with colleagues and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in software packages such as QAD, Serena Business Manager, and Teamcenter
