About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Information Group (CIG) team as a Customer Information Group Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  • Manage client contact, handling questions and requests from customers while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are documented, in accordance with performance and service standards.
  • Use business and process expertise to increase service levels and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a complex workload with good judgment on activity prioritization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Stewards, Regulatory teams, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team, promoting learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum vocational degree (MBO-4) required.
  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or relevant role, with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to verbally communicate with customers and management.
  • Commercial skills, including the ability to identify sales opportunities and act upon them.
  • Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in French will be an asset.
