About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Android developer to join our team at ANWB. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve our 'Onderweg' app
  • Maintain our various other apps
  • Add features to turn-by-turn navigation
  • Implement support for Android Auto
  • Troubleshoot high-priority production issues
  • Fine-tune roadmap features with your team
  • Conduct research to find the best technological solutions

As an Android developer at ANWB, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and frameworks, including Kotlin, MVVM architecture, and Jetpack Architecture Components. You will also have the freedom to shape and mold your vision on the way we adopt and integrate the latest tech developments.

About the Team

You will be working in a multidisciplinary Scrum team with several and different types of functions, including Frontend, Backend, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Architect. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and is always seeking to achieve the next level.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional and intellectual abilities at the BSc level
  • Experience with working in a Scrum team
  • Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, and Android Architecture components
  • Strong team player skills
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a desire to improve the world
What We Offer

  • A monthly salary between € 3.788,- and € 6.157,- based on 38 hours
  • Contribution to the costs for commuting by car
