About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to join our Employee Experience PoD at ServiceNow. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate with sales and customer teams to inform our product roadmap and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Sales and Marketing Alliance: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to equip them with insights and materials to drive customer success.
  • Customer-Centric Vision: Channel customer feedback into product development to ensure maximum impact and alignment with user needs.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on market trends and inform product strategies to enhance sales and product usability.
  • Education and Advocacy: Develop educational programs to encourage product adoption and highlight customer success stories.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Consultant, or Analyst within a software product company. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven history in a B2B client-facing role, preferably using the ServiceNow platform to achieve customer success.
  • ITSM Expertise: Deep understanding of IT Service Management and ability to master new technical concepts.
  • Digital Employee Experience: Familiarity with the Digital Employee Experience market and tools, and the challenges of creating a digital-first culture.
  • AI Expertise: Solid understanding of AI, and well-versed in GenAI, and LLM.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to balance the possible with the desirable, taking into account technical feasibility and strategic goals.
  • Communication Excellence: Skilled in presenting to large audiences and engaging with customers on an individual basis.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Think strategically, learn quickly, and communicate impactfully.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy and excel in a highly collaborative environment.
