About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial launches and releases of our Talent Management Suite and features.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to develop and refine the positioning and messaging for our solutions. You will also be responsible for gathering customer and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the positioning and messaging for our Talent Management Suite and features
  • Gather customer and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging
  • Work closely with our sales engineering team to roll out new product launches and build subject matter decks
  • Lead commercial enablement efforts to ensure our go-to-market and customer success teams are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and collateral
  • Work closely with our go-to-market and customer success teams to support ongoing product education initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience or equivalent working experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Action-oriented and able to operate independently
  • Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious and able to lead projects with a high level of autonomy
