About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team at ENTER BV. As a member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test frameworks, applications, and tools to automate the test process.
  • Develop and automate (Gherkin style) test cases to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate sprint-based activities to deliver high-priority projects.
  • Support and coach other team members in developing "testable" software.
  • Mentor junior or medior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and propose solutions to issues and bottlenecks in the development and test infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering and/or software testing in a technical/R&D context.
  • Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and test automation frameworks like SpecFlow/C# or Robot Framework/Python.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent understanding of the English language.
