Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie at Conservatorium Hotel, you will be immersed in a high-quality, high-volume kitchen atmosphere, collaborating with a team of 6 to 8 chefs. Your primary duties will include managing the daily operations of a specific kitchen section, ensuring excellence in food preparation, hygiene standards, and cost management. You will serve as a mentor and role model for junior kitchen staff, guiding them in their professional growth while upholding the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings.

The kitchen at Conservatorium Hotel is the largest on the premises, featuring a dedicated team of approximately 24 chefs working daily. Our brigade includes Commis, Demi Chef de Parties, Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs, and Senior Sous Chefs. Each dish is crafted with passion, honoring the seasons, nature, and sustainability.
The kitchen is designed with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a beautiful view of our internal glass courtyard. Our culinary focus celebrates authentic cuisine from the South of France, Italy, and Greece, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, including a Josper Barbecue, and integrating modern European techniques with local Dutch ingredients.

The kitchen operates from early morning for breakfast service, with shifts extending until late evening. Candidates should be prepared for early morning or late-night shifts, ensuring reliable transportation home.

Ideal Candidate Profile
