Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Assistant/Research Associate to join our team at the School of Nursing, HKU. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to the development of research proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research projects, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Develop and implement research protocols, including obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with research team members to achieve project goals and objectives
- Communicate research findings through reports, presentations, and publications
- Contribute to the development of research proposals, including writing and editing
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in Nursing, Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in research or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing and evaluating interventions with clinical trials
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as STATA or SPSS
- Qualitative research experience
