Senior Research Assistant/Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced research professional to join our team as a Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I at the Department of Social Work and Social Administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and data analysis to support the department's research projects
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track research data
- Assist in the preparation of research reports and publications
- Provide administrative support to the research team
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop research proposals and grant applications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Public Policy, Sociology, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Three years' post-qualification experience or a Master's degree in the above fields with one year's post-qualification experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Ability to work independently and as a team
