About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Existing Business Manager to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As an Existing Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our top customers in the Netherlands and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of key account managers to achieve sales targets and customer retention goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create optimal customer journeys and maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through commercial initiatives and partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum completed HBO education
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a management position
  • Experience with marketing software or agency is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch, written and oral
