Global Contract Manager

The Position:
As our Contract Manager, you will execute and implement contracts to maximize contract compliance and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiatives.
- Manage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnerships with suppliers and track their performance.
- Implement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce cost.
- Manage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization.
- Look for cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements:
- Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Has strong negotiation skills.
- Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value.
- Has highly developed communication skills and (external) networking capabilities.
- Has the capability of working in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
- Is fluent in English and Dutch or German is desirable.
