Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing and implementing contracts to maximize contract compliance and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiatives.
  • Manage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnership with suppliers and track their performance.
  • Implement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce cost.
  • Manage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization.
  • Look for cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and go above and beyond to add value.
  • Highly developed communication skills and external networking capabilities.
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or German is desirable.
