**_Hoe zal je bijdragen en groeien in deze functie?
- **

The Project Engineers ensures execution of all ALAC projects in time, budget and scope, keeping in mind legal obligations, AL standards, quality and best practices.Depending of the type of project the project engineer can have the role of project leader,responsible for the execution or project manager with focus on costs, communication and lead-time. The projects can be related to the filling-plants or other installation.

1. Project scope& definition
- Prepares and verifies all required documents (Clear scope, MOC, PRI, Design Basis,.)
- Freezes design basis
- Provides PRA validated by IRMR and risk management if necessary

2. Study and design
- Reviews design basis with all concerned stakeholders taking into account the ALAC permit requirements
- Prepares procurement specification, book of specification and meetings with potential suppliers& subcontractors
- Follows up & evaluates risk assessment plan
- Integrated and validates integration of installation
- Obtains validation from Design Authority or uses validated standard designs
- Identifies EIS with IRMR and participates in risk analysis such as HAZOP or other methologies
- Provides specific delivrables for the risk analysis
- Freezes scope, budget and planning

3. Realisation of the installation
- Puts project into execution when budget has been released
- Orders and receives necessary parts
- Prepares construction meetings with all required stakeholders, administration and communication
- Construct installation with all stakeholders (int& ext)
- Project review in case of change of scope, inform the stakeholders, ask additional budget

4. Start-up and handover
- Supervises start-up or delegates to competent parties with the production responsible, SHE resp. including testing of the systems
- Completes technical files and hands them over to production and the maintenance department incl maintenance plan and required equipment and spare-parts, maintenance contracts....
- Closes project for billing
- Determines working budget for continious maintenance puposes
- Communication of completion of investment orders to accounting and other relevant departments

5. During the project
- Provides billing information
- Organises necessary meeting
- Handles internal& external communication
- Follows planning, change orders and budget
- Reports anomalies

6. After transfert
- Remains available for improvements
- Ensures guarantees
- Provides support in case of malfunction to operational teams

1. Basic electrico-mechanical knowledge

4. Gases chemical and physics property

5. Google, Microsoft, project management and SAP knowledge
