Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will execute and implement contracts to maximize contract compliance and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiatives.
- Manage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnership with suppliers and track their performance.
- Implement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce cost.
- Manage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization.
- Look for cost reduction opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to take initiative and add value.
- Highly developed communication skills and external networking capabilities.
- Capability of working in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
- Fluency in English and Dutch or German is desirable.
