Job Opportunity: Marketing & PR Intern - Art Inspired Lifestyle

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & PR Intern to join our team at Corporate Office Amsterdam. As a Marketing & PR Intern, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the PR & Marketing Manager, with a focus on art'otel Europe and its various locations across continental Europe. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include ensuring all teams are up-to-date on the latest city and hotel events, happenings, and industry trends, as well as designing and printing collateral to promote hotels, restaurants, bars, events, or to enhance the guest experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to the PR & Marketing Manager
  • Ensure all teams are up-to-date on the latest city and hotel events, happenings, and industry trends
  • Design and print collateral to promote hotels, restaurants, bars, events, or to enhance the guest experience
  • Support with content creation for hotels, restaurants, bars, events
  • Support with social media management
  • Support with organization of PR visits for hotels, restaurants & bars
  • Update website content for hotels, restaurants, and bars
  • Support with logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events & seasonal promotions
  • Support in compiling PR & Marketing reports for stakeholder meetings
  • Support with email marketing campaigns
  • Support with internal communications
  • Ensure content drives & online portals are efficiently organized and up to date
  • Learn and own systems including Upmail, Oaky & Yext
  • Support in ensuring 3rd party online listings are up to date


About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about marketing and PR, with a strong interest in the hotel industry. You will be working closely with the PR & Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, as well as supporting the team with various projects and tasks. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Currently studying at Bachelor level (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must
  • Eager to learn Marketing & bring their creativity to the table
  • Experience with Canva, Indesign, Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
  • Ability to prioritise, set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes
  • Hands-on and capable of working independently, plus enjoy working in a team
  • Highly organised and systematic approach to work plus strong in execution and eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills, whilst staying curious and creative
  • Proactive and self-driven
