Job Title: Marketing and PR Intern - Lifestyle

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and PR Intern to join our team at Regional Office The Netherlands. As a Marketing and PR Intern, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the PR & Marketing Manager, with a particular focus on art'otel Europe and its various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all teams are up-to-date on the latest city and hotel events, happenings, and industry trends.
  • Design and print collateral to promote hotels, restaurants, bars, events, or to enhance the guest experience.
  • Create engaging content for hotels, restaurants, bars, and events.
  • Support the management of social media accounts.
  • Organize PR visits for hotels, restaurants, and bars.
  • Update websites for hotels, restaurants, and bars.
  • Support logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Compile PR and Marketing reports for stakeholder meetings.
  • Support email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure internal communications are effective in getting the business excited about our initiatives.
  • Manage online portals and ensure they are efficiently organized and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying at Bachelor level (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Branding.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must, and Dutch is an amazing benefit.
  • Eager to learn Marketing and bring creativity to the table.
  • Experience with Canva, Indesign, Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish them within given timeframes.
  • Hands-on and capable of working independently, plus enjoy working in a team.
  • Highly organized and systematic approach to work, with strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, while staying curious and creative.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
