About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing and maintaining our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FSSC 22000 and ISO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
